we must do that  at the top of our lists of healthy priorities.



around  70%  of our body is comprised of water. And around of 71% of planet surface
coverd by water.

the kidneys is the part of the body that needs enough amounte of water. the kidneys
are organ that is responsible for many functions that help keep the body as healthy
as possible.

we should improve our levels of hydration.
 all organs and all cells in our body needed enough amont of water each day to function
properly. Its also used to regulate body temperature .and assist the passage of food through
the intestines

water is lost by the body every day during normal functioning.we need to replace it
there are many ways to lose the water every day such as sweating and urination .we lost
 water even we breathing.

we all know that there are many ways to get the water. But drinking water is the best source
for our body.beverages such as a milk and juices are source of water too. but beverages that contains alcohol such as beer are less than ideal because it having diuretic properties
that make the body loseing water.

the amount of water should we drink every day varies from one to another depending
 on how much they sweat and how activity there are.
but there is a general level of concensus as to what a healthy amount is .

According to the Institute of Medicine (IOM), an adequate intake for men is approximately 13 cups (3 liters) a day. For women, an adequate intake is around 9 cups (2.2 liters).
